Anubhav Mittal is a senior finance and corporate development executive with over two decades of experience spanning Fortune 500 companies, global business units, and high-stakes strategic decisions. He is known for operating at the intersection of financial rigor and business strategy — not simply tracking performance, but actively shaping it.
As CFO of ADM Nutrition — an approximately $8 billion global business — Mittal led commercial finance, FP&A, controlling, and operations finance across an organization supporting more than 14,000 employees. His tenure was defined by margin expansion, ROIC improvement, and working capital discipline that strengthened cash generation. Before that, he served as VP Finance (CFO) for ADM's Global Pet Solutions platform, where he guided restructuring and performance improvement through a period of approximately 20% CAGR growth.
Earlier in his career, Mittal held senior finance and strategy roles at Kellogg Company and Booz & Company, advising global organizations on portfolio choices, go-to-market transformation, and post-merger integration.
